At Future Horizons Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality educational programs, coaching, mentoring, memberships, workshops, events, and professional development opportunities. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

By enrolling in any program, purchasing a membership, registering for an event, or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

  1. GENERAL POLICY

Due to the nature of digital content, educational resources, live instruction, coaching, mentoring, and community access, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Refund eligibility varies depending on the type of service purchased.

 

  1. COURSES, COHORTS, AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS

Enrollment fees for courses, cohorts, certificate programs, and educational training programs are non-refundable once the participant has been granted access to program materials, learning platforms, live sessions, recordings, resources, or community spaces.

Participants who choose not to attend, complete, or participate in a program are not entitled to a refund.

 

  1. COACHING, MENTORING, AND CONSULTING SERVICES

Payments for coaching, mentoring, advisory, and consulting services are non-refundable.

If a participant is unable to attend a scheduled session, they may request a reschedule with at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice.

Future Horizons Academy reserves the right to determine whether a session qualifies for rescheduling.

Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice may be forfeited without refund.

 

  1. MEMBERSHIPS

Membership fees are non-refundable.

Members may cancel future recurring payments at any time; however:

  • No refunds will be issued for current billing periods.
  • Membership benefits remain available through the end of the paid billing cycle.
  • Cancellation does not entitle the member to a partial or prorated refund.

 

  1. WORKSHOPS, EVENTS, AND LIVE TRAINING

Participant Cancellation

If a participant cancels:

  • More than fourteen (14) calendar days before the event, a credit may be issued for a future Future Horizons Academy event at our discretion.
  • Fourteen (14) days or fewer before the event, no refund or credit will be provided.

Credits are non-transferable unless otherwise approved by Future Horizons Academy.

Failure to Attend

No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for participants who fail to attend an event, workshop, or training session.

 

  1. EVENT CANCELLATION BY FUTURE HORIZONS ACADEMY

If Future Horizons Academy cancels an event, workshop, cohort, or training program, participants may receive one of the following:

  • A full refund, or
  • A transfer to a future session, or
  • Program credit toward another offering

The remedy provided will be determined by Future Horizons Academy based on the circumstances.

 

  1. PAYMENT PLANS

Participants enrolled in payment plans remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments according to the payment agreement.

Failure to participate in a program does not cancel the financial obligation associated with the enrollment.

Future Horizons Academy reserves the right to suspend access to programs, memberships, courses, or resources if payment obligations are not met.

 

  1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND DOWNLOADABLE RESOURCES

Because digital products, templates, guides, workbooks, recordings, and downloadable resources are delivered immediately, all purchases of digital products are final and non-refundable.

 

  1. TRANSFERS

Requests to transfer enrollment from one program, cohort, workshop, or event to another may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Future Horizons Academy is not obligated to approve transfer requests.

Any approved transfer may be subject to administrative fees or pricing differences.

 

  1. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

Requests for exceptions due to serious illness, medical emergencies, family emergencies, military deployment, or other extraordinary circumstances may be reviewed individually.

Submission of supporting documentation may be required.

Approval of exceptions is solely at the discretion of Future Horizons Academy.

 

  1. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact Future Horizons Academy first to seek resolution of any payment concerns.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the matter directly may result in:

  • Suspension of access to programs and services
  • Termination of membership benefits
  • Collection efforts for unpaid balances where permitted by law
